男子除夕夜燃放烟花被炸死

<p>　　晨报讯过年放烟花原本是件喜庆事，然而定远县蒋集镇一村民家却在除夕夜燃放烟花时发生了惨剧——一位老人“走了”。</p>

<p>　　事发后，定远县警方经过调查得知，致命的烟花来源于一家并没有办理经营许可证的商店。而经营该店的还是村里的干部，目前该店店主已被警方刑事拘留。</p>

<p>　　燃放礼花炮家主被炸死</p>

<p>　　2月4日，定远县蒋集镇的谢集村，李长映正在为其父办理丧事，他的父亲是在除夕夜里燃放烟花时被炸死的。</p>

<p>　　李长映说，自己常年在外打工，只有过年时才能回家团聚，而父亲早就急巴巴地在家等候，准备好好庆贺。除夕晚18点左右，父亲李家柱拿出早已准备好的礼花炮，准备燃放。这种礼花炮每盒内配有一个圆柱形炮筒和6枚形似手雷的礼花弹。在离门前约50米的地方挖好坑后，李家柱将炮筒的三分之一埋入了地下，随后把礼花弹放置到筒内。</p>

<p>　　李长映说当时他抱着孩子站在门前观看，眼见父亲弯下腰点燃引线，还没来得及跑开，就听见“轰”的一声巨响。巨响过后，他看到父亲倒在了地上，李长映连忙跑上前查看，只见父亲满脸是血。</p>

<p>　　惊恐的李长映赶紧拨打了急救电话并向当地派出所报了警。肥东县120医护人员赶到现场，检查后称伤者已无生命迹象。蒋集镇派出所的出警人员也将现场地面上烟花残留物拍照取证后带回。</p>

<p>　　63岁的李家柱有4个子女，3个女儿早已出嫁，唯一的儿子常年在浙江打工。</p>

<p>　　“父亲身体一直很好，平时在家里还种有十几亩地，母亲瘫痪都十几年了，平时生活全指望他照顾，这下可怎么办呀？”李家柱的一个女儿哭着说。</p>

<p>　　批发商和销售者被刑拘</p>

<p>　　李长映将家中剩下的礼花盒拿出来，这种礼花弹比成人拳头略大，形似手雷，生产厂家为浏阳市鑫祥烟花制作有限公司，外包装背面分别标有燃放说明和警示语，警示语标注“本产品必须由专业人员燃放”等字样。</p>

<p>　　“现在我只想知道这烟花是否合格，生产厂家是否正规。既然是专业人员才能燃放的烟花，为什么在市面上随意就能买到？这烟花就是父亲在村小卖部买的。”李长映说，“谁该为我父亲的死负责？”</p>

<p>　　记者从定远县警方了解到，李家柱所燃放的礼花炮是从本村干部谢某某所经营的商店购得，而此商店并没有办理经营许可证。据查，该商店所销售的礼花弹进货于安徽一家批发市场卜某某处，而批发商卜某某也没办理相关证件。两人均以涉嫌非法经营罪已于2月3日被定远警方刑事拘留，案情正在进一步调查中。忽艳本报记者</p> <div  style="margin-right: 0px; margin-left: 0pt; padding-right: 0px;" class="blkComment otherContent_01">
