厂家确认南充公安局招待专用酒

<p>　　昨日，四川在线天府社区2010年一篇《南充市公安局专用酒你见过吗？》的帖子再度被网友翻出，其中一张南充市公安局招待专用酒的照片在微博等网络社区热传，引来网友广泛关注。网友纷纷质疑，一个市级公安局，是否真的有如此排场？</p>

<p>　　昨日，网友“作家草军书<a onmouseover="WeiboCard.show(2050302700, 'news', this)" href="http://weibo.com/u/2050302700?zw=news" target="_blank">(微博)</a>”在其个人微博爆料，称其发现两张牛图：酒瓶上分别写着“南充市公安局招待专用酒”以及“南充市公安局窖藏五年”。生产厂家为：南充市阙家进财酒业。“作家草军书”说，南充只是四川省一个地级市，真的有如此排场？他同时@南充公安局，希望对方能确认下，此事是否真实？“我倾向于是假酒，但他们为什么要傍公安局呢？不解……”</p>

<p>　　微博发布后，迅速引起网友的关注和转发。有网友评论，“现在政府机关事业单位都有特供酒，这种事情都不新鲜了。”“如今特供烟酒横飞，相关部门应该管管了。”</p>

<p><strong>　　确系专用酒一般不对外销售</strong></p>

<p>　　“这个一看就是商家绷面子搞的，没什么稀罕。肯定小商家想借势而已了。小地方很常见！”有网友质疑可能是商家的营销手段，借助特供的名义提高售价。</p>

<p>　　天府早报记者根据酒瓶上的联系方式致电生产厂家，一名工作人员说，微博上所晒的专用酒的确为该厂生产，但一般不对外销售，除了公安局，也曾为其他一些政府机关生产招待酒，价格一般为几十元。</p>

<p>　　对于这类招待酒是否政府机关授权？该工作人员表示，具体情况并不清楚。</p>

<p><strong>　　从未授权已对酒厂进行查封</strong></p>

<p>　　记者发现，微博上热议的专用酒图片，最早出现在四川在线天府社区2010年11月16日一篇名为《南充市公安局专用酒你见过吗？》的帖子，当时该帖引发大量网友热议。</p>

<p>　　昨日下午6时50分，南充市公安局官方微博“@南充公安<a onmouseover="WeiboCard.show(1914812034, 'news', this)" href="http://weibo.com/ncga?zw=news" target="_blank">(微博)</a>”对此事进行回复：南充市公安局没有授权任何酒厂使用“南充市公安局招待专用酒”标志。去年7月，南充市公安局请求市工商局对使用“南充市公安局招待专用酒”标志的高阙家进财酒厂进行了查处，并查封了相关的包装。对网民反映“为南充市公安局特别酿造特供酒”的情况，我们已请求工商部门依法调查处理。</p>

<p>　　为何一篇2年前的旧帖，会再次引发网友热议？无论这瓶“南充市公安局招待专用酒”如厂商所言售价仅几十元；还是如南充市公安局回复说，只是酒厂一厢情愿，归根结底是“特供”、“专用”等字眼刺痛着公众的神经。伴随着各种公款消费的新闻见诸报端，“不明真相”的公众不禁会多想……</p>

<p>　　时至今日，在商品流通的各个领域，琳琅满目的特供商品令人应接不暇。更有甚者，公共领域的配给也呈现出越来越多的特供——“特供病房”、“特供经适房”屡屡曝光，每一种特供福利的出现都意味着公共福利被再度蚕食。</p>

<p>　　至此，肇始于困难时期的特供配给，其意义早已从纯粹意义上的保障安全幻化为一种身份和地位的象征。</p>

<p>　　具体到这瓶“专用酒”，其真伪性并不重要，而是“特供”、“专用”再一次呈现出强大的心理暗示：“特供”，仍是一种日常生活中的广泛存在。缓解这种民意质疑和对“特供”的焦虑，显然不是查封酒厂，微博辟谣那么简单。</p>
